To back that up Meyertech offers an extensive choice of support to the end user through its Fusion Support Plans. There is a choice of four plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum which provide support from the Basics through to the Comfort Factor.

Bronze |
Business hours telephone and e-mail support - Unlimited telephone and email support during business hours (Monday to Friday. 9AM to 5PM). Excludes UK Bank holidays and Xmas period E.G. 24th December through January 3rd.
Fusion software upgrades - Download the latest FUSION upgrades from the Meyertech website. Receive the latest versions of FUSION applications on CD.

Silver |
Silver Service Plan - Includes the services of the Bronze plan plus:
Business hours dial in support - Meyertech Services will, subject to security checks, connect via Broadband to remotely diagnose and instigate restoration of your FUSION system to full working order. This support is available during business hours (Monday to Friday. 9AM to 5PM). Excludes UK Bank holidays and Xmas period E.G. 24th December through January 3rd. Meyertech will also install the latest FUSION upgrades and new FUSION versions for you.
Planned dial in maintenance - One planned Broadband diagnostic & performance check per annum of your FUSION system. Meyertech Services will produce and forward a system audit report. |
Gold |
Gold Service Plan - Includes the services of the Bronze and Silver plans plus
On site technical support - If you require our assistance on-site, Meyertech Services will attend your installation within 48-hours* (from next business day, Monday to Friday. Excludes UK Bank holidays and Xmas period E.G. 24th December through January 3rd) at a 50% discount off our standard on-site technical support day rate.
48-hours applies to the UK mainland only. For non-UK mainland sites Meyertech Support will advise their earliest site attendance date.
Planned maintenance visit - Meyertech Services will carryout a planned maintenance visit every 12-months. During the visit comprehensive checks will made on the status and performance of your FUSION system. On completion Meyertech Services will produce and forward a system audit report for your records. Any FUSION software upgrades will also be installed during the visit.
Windows operating system upgrades - Should any of your FUSION upgrades require you to upgrade your operating system to the latest version of Windows, Meyertech Services will provide, install and configure it, along with any hardware upgrades, which maybe required to support it e.g. memory. |
Platinum |
Platinum Service Plan - Includes the services of the Bronze, Silver and Gold plans plus:
Workstation hardware warranty - Unlimited number of repairs or a brand new replacement. If any of your FUSION hardware malfunctions Meyertech Services will repair it, or, if it cannot be repaired economically we will replace it with new hardware in accordance with Meyertech Conditions of Sale of Goods and Services.
Advance replacement service - If any of your FUSION hardware malfunctions Meyertech Services will provide you with advance replacement hardware whilst yours is being repaired or replaced ensuring your FUSION system is fully operational again in the shortest possible time.

SILVER, GOLD & PLATINUM service plans require a broadband connection (1MB minimum) provided by the client. |

A Meyertech service visit to enable remote support is required for SILVER, GOLD & PLATINUM service plans. Meyertech will supply, install and commission a broadband firewall router with 4-port switch and VPN endpoint. An additional hub will be required (supplied by Meyertech at additional cost) when more than four Workstations are connected to the FUSION network. |
