Product Overview
Bridging the gap between the ZVM-328 and Series 3 matrices, the ZVM
SERIES 2 is a highly modular expandable video matrix system capable
of routing up to 352 video inputs to over 200 video outputs. Designed
with the latest video cross point technology the Bandwidth and Cross
talk performance of the ZVM SERIES 2 Video Matrix is exceptional.
The modular design brings flexibility and a wide choice of options for
CCTV installations and comprises of:
- ZVM-OXR The main output rack at 9U which provides for up
to 96 camera inputs by 48 outputs,
- ZVM-S2PSU A 1U 240V mains to 12V rack mount power supply
unit.
- ZSC-1000 + ZoneVu matrix manager and site controller, 1U
19-inch rack mount unit
- ZVM-IXR 6U input expansion racks each providing a further
96 inputs.
Expandable in camera input blocks of 48 and monitor blocks of 8/16
the Series 2 is flexible enough to fit into any medium size system and
still provide the ability for future expansion. As the Series 2 uses
the ZoneVu ZSC-1000+ as its matrix manager it brings all the benefits
of the site controller with it such as advanced alarm processing, PC
interfacing for GUI (Graphical User Interface) control and sophisticated
camera telemetry control including multi protocol support.
The Series 2 matrix comes as standard with bridged through video on
all camera inputs along with 24 character camera captioning including
time and date display which can be enabled on a monitor by monitor basis.
Also available as an option is the ability to monitor all camera inputs
for video loss detection with an alarm generated if video becomes absent.
