Logon:
All operators must logon when using Fusion Incident
Each operator is given a user authority level which controls access to the database and console features.

Fusion Client 1:
This screen shot shows an operator completing an incident log, using a mouse to select and fill in most items. Quick text is used to complete the free text entry to describe the incident.

Using the automatic text entries a typical incident log can be created and saved in around 30 seconds without needing special typing skills.

Fusion Client 2:
This screen shot shows a client after an incident has been saved.

Each operator can open their own most recent incident logs and make changes and additions.

Each operator can view incidents created by everyone from the past 28 days.

Fusion Central Console 1:
This screen shot is from the Fusion Central Console, which is typically operated by a supervisor or manager, showing a single incident log.

All incident logs can be viewed over the complete history of the system. If the logged-on operator has sufficient authority they may make changes and additions. All changes and additions are logged.

Fusion Central Console 2:
This screen shot is from the Fusion Central Console, which is typically operated by a supervisor or manager, showing the search facility.

Using point and click selections the operator may setup complex filters to extract subsets of data for a particular report.

Reports may be printed out or exported in standard format suitable for other applications, E.g. Microsoft Excel.

Fusion Central Console 3:
This screen shot is from the Fusion Central Console, which is typically operated by a supervisor or manager, showing a single automatic graph.

The graph shown is for the 'Top 10 Locations' for the filter period selected. This is an example of a predefined graph, where the operator can select and print with 2 clicks of the mouse. The other predefined graphs show breakdowns of incidents per area and type.
