Product Description

Fusion Incident is a software application that provides operators with a simple electronic logging system and managers with a comprehensive search, view and reporting tool.

 

What does it do ?
  • Provides operators with a simple tool for making electronic logs of events
  • Fusion Incident can work stand-alone on one PC, or it can be used over a network
  • Can automatically create events direct from Fusion, logging event recording, cameras used etc.
  • Operators can view and edit their own events, and can view anyone's events
  • Fusion Incident can be configured with local information and standard phrases to minimise typing
  • Fusion Incident removes a lot of typing workload by having automatic text entry using a mouse
  • Provides managers with a central console to view, edit all incident logs. Key data is summarised using fully automatic graphs.

 

How is it used ?
  • Operators may enter log events as they occur, or later, and then add more details later if required.
  • Managers can search, view and summarise data across all workstations.
  • Operators can review archive events, e.g. on Police request
  • Events can be updated as and when required, e.g. for Police outcomes
  • Control centres may use this data for monthly / annual performance reviews
  • Can be used for audits, e.g. Best Value

 


Operators use the Fusion Incident Client to create logs. For a multi-operator control room each operator can have their own client.
Single PC
Fusion Incident can be run a single PC
Networked PC's:
Fusion Incident is designed for LAN's, with multiple operators and a central server/console
The Server provides the common database for all Clients and the Console. It is normally installed on the same PC as the Console.
The Central Console is used for searching and viewing events, producing reports and graphs, and for system configuration
