Product Description

Tenant safety and security is a major consideration for housing associations and is a requirement that is increasingly being undertaken by or merged with the operation of CCTV systems, especially with regard to out of hours cover being provided by a remote CCTV control room or even the local town centre CCTV operators.

To assist with this Concierge/CCTV integration, Meyertech have developed a PABX compatible telephone Concierge software package which compliments our Fusion CCTV management system.
This allows the CCTV operators, both locally and remotely, to effectively and efficiently offer security for tenants with the added benefit of having all the relevant data at hand such as emergency contact numbers and doctors details to provide that added feeling of safety for the residents.

The software is minimised during normal operation and opens on top of all other applications when a call to the concierge is received, immediately bringing up all the caller information based on the apartment the call is being received from. The operator can then choose from a set of tabs the information required, such as approved visitors, medical details or access control information

 


PABX
A telephone exchange operated within an organization, used for switching calls between internal lines and between internal and PSTN lines.
PABX Client
PABX Client translates telephone strings from the PABX system (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) and forwards them to the Fusion Concierge Server for Translation.
Fusion Concierge Server
Concierge Server translates telephone call data supplied by the PABX Client and retrieves caller information from a database before forwarding the data to the Concierge client machines.
Database
The Concierge server translates the call data by using a database to provide caller information to the Fusion Concierge Client. Database searches can also be effected from the Fusion Concierge Client to look up resident or flat details. The database is created and maintained the provided Fusion Concierge Management Console.
Telephone
Concierge calls are routed to the handset on acceptance of a concierge event.
Fusion Concierge Workstation
Concierge Client is database software which runs in the background of a machine but activates on top displaying extensive caller information when an incoming phone call is detected on the local machine.
