Fusion Concierge Client
Concierge Client is database software which runs in the background
of a machine but activates on top displaying extensive caller information
when an incoming phone call is detected on the local machine.
Fusion Concierge Server
Concierge Server translates telephone call data supplied by the
PABX Client and retrieves caller information from a database before
forwarding the data to the Concierge client machines.
Fusion PABX Client
PABX Client translates telephone strings from the PABX system (Private
Automatic Branch Exchange) and forwards them to the Fusion Concierge
Server for Translation.
