The ability to 'link-up' more satellite CCTV sites is now a reality with the increased intersite port capabilities of the ZoneVu ZSC-1000+.

The ZSC-1000plus & ZSC-500 will now support 100 directly connected sites on the intersite bus, by using a priority scheme.

In order to break the previous 16 site limit, it is recommended all sites be upgraded - although Meyertech is keen to point out that backward compatibility has been maintained when adding a latest generation ZSC-1000+ to an existing site.

A firmware upgrade is also available for the original ZSC-1000 with the ability to support up to 50 sites. Due to hardware constraints however ZSC-1000 based systems requiring more than 50 sites will need to be upgraded to the ZSC-1000plus.
