Already one of the most secure hospitals in the country, and for a very good reason, it is home to some of the most mentally disturbed criminals in the UK, including the notorious child murderer Ian Brady who still languishes in Merseyside's high security Ashworth Hospital.

It has recently increased its security capability through the addition of a number of PTZ cameras fitted with Meyertech's ZoneVu ZVR-530 advanced DC telemetry receivers.

The ZVR-530's were installed and commissioned by QSG (formerly SDA-Protec).
